North Somerset Housing Limited (or NSH) started in February 2006 when it took on the ownership and management of over 6,000 homes from North Somerset Council.

NSH will be working with tenants and leaseholders to provide improved services and to deliver £159 million of modernisation works to homes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pay Your Rent

North Somerset Housing and Alliance & Leicester have joined forces to enable you to pay your rent online. If you hold a debit or credit card from any UK bank you can pay your rent online using the Alliance & Leicester's free BillPay service. Alternatively, call us and we will take your payment over the telephone.

The service is provided by BillPay on behalf of NSH, and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The service requires you to register with Billpay who will issue you with a username and password.
