Welcome to the website of NSHousing
North Somerset Housing Limited (known as NSHousing) started in February 2006 when it took on the ownership and management of over 6,000 homes from North Somerset Council. NSHousing will be working with tenants and leaseholders to provide improved services and to deliver £159 million of modernisation works to homes.

South Africa 2008
NSHousing is supporting Habitat for Humanity as its chosen charity for 2008.
Habitat for Humanity works around the world with volunteers to bring together people in poverty housing with the resources they need to build a safe, decent home. A project team of staff and tenants plan to travel to South Africa in November 2008. A range of sponsorship opportunities are available and to request a pack with more information email: sponsorship@nshousing.org.uk.
