Pay Your Rent
You can pay your rent on-line from here using the BillPay service.
Other payment options :
Direct Debit, standing order or over the telephone.
Payment can also be made in person using your payment card
- at one of our area offices
- at the Council's Town Hall in Weston-super-Mare
- at a Post office anywhere in the country
- at any other outlet displaying the Payzone logo
Report a Repair
Follow the simple diagrams and instructions to report your repair online.
We will send you a unique reference number and will contact you the same day to make an appointment for the repair to be carried out. If you report a repair after 8pm, we will contact you the next working day.
Apply for a Home
All our vacant properties are advertised each week through North Somerset Council’s HomeChoice scheme.
Before you can ‘bid’ for a property you must first register with the HomeChoice scheme by completing a housing application form. We can send you a form or you can apply on-line through the HomeChoice website.
