Register for free lifeskills course

Starting on Tuesday 20^th April, we will be running a free course that will be a fun way to learn some useful skills and meet new people. The sessions are for one morning every week for 6 weeks. The sessions will be:

·      Home4Life- Advice on managing your tenancy, knowing your rights, paying your rent and help you can get from your housing association.

·      Money4Life- The Citizens Advice Bureau will show you how to manage your money and what to do if you get into debt.

 ·     Click4Life-Learn how to surf the net for free and how to find more computer courses.

·      Eat4Life- See a demo of cooking healthy food on a budget, have a go and get to taste some food with a free pack of groceries to get you started.

·      Go4Life- Have a free ride on Weston’s Wheel and learn about healthy living. 

·      Train4Life- Advice on what other courses there are that you can try. There will be a free lunch party during this session where you will be awarded with your course certificate.

The course will be based at the Healthy Living Centre in Weston-s-Mare and there will be help with costs for travel and child care. You will get a course folder full of useful information and a certificate of achievement at the end of the course. You will also have the chance to save with the Credit Union and could receive up to £35!
